While some are satisfied with the product and its likeness to the actual person, others find it to be a regular action figure with nothing special. One customer mentioned that the figure arrived quickly and their nephew was pleased with it. They also noted that it had a good likeness to John Cena. Another customer expressed their excitement for John Cena and stated that there is nothing else to say. On the other hand, one customer mentioned that their child loved the figure but refused to play with it. Another customer purchased it as a joke but found it to be durable with realistic details, though it didn't look like John Cena perfectly.
