Introducing the Yellow Submarine Vinyl LP - a must-have for any fan of The Beatles. This highly acclaimed original studio album has finally made its long-awaited stereo vinyl debut. Manufactured on 180-gram, audiophile quality vinyl with replicated artwork, this album brings The Beatles' music back to its original glory. The attention to detail is impeccable, including the inclusion of the poster in The Beatles (The White Album), the Sgt.
Pepper's Lonely Heart Club Band's cut-outs, and special inner bags for some of the titles. This vinyl LP set includes The Beatles' 12 original UK albums, first released between 1963 and 1970, as well as the US-originated Magical Mystery Tour, now part of the group's core catalogue, and Past Masters, Volumes One & Two. The latter features non-album A-sides and B-sides, EP tracks, and rarities. One standout feature of this release is that The Beatles' Yellow Submarine and Only A Northern Song are presented in mono, giving listeners a unique experience. Additionally, the album includes an insert with the original American liner notes. Vinyl enthusiasts will be delighted to know that the sound experts at EMI's Abbey Road Studios spared no effort in creating these new versions of The Beatles' vinyl LPs.
The meticulous approach taken for the CD remasters was replicated, resulting in an absolute minimal compromise to the sound quality. The process of transferring the sound of a master recording to vinyl was no easy task. A 'blind' listening test was conducted to choose between a 'lacquer' or 'copper' cut, and after much discussion, the lacquer process was chosen for its warmer sound and consistent disc quality. The Neumann VMS80 cutting lathe at Abbey Road was used for the vinyl LP production, ensuring the highest quality sound reproduction. Engineer Sean Magee cut the LPs in chronological release order, using the original 24-bit remasters instead of the 16-bit versions used for CD production. Whether you're a die-hard fan of The Beatles or a vinyl collector looking for high-quality releases, the Yellow Submarine Vinyl LP is a must-have addition to your collection.
