Built to mix up to 25 pounds of meat in minutes, when attached to a grinder motor, this mixer uses a step-gear system and roller bearings to deliver powerful torque to four stainless steel paddles, ensuring a complete, even blend every time. The clear acrylic safety cover and manual crank handle make operation safe and simple. Unlike a handheld meat masher, this mixer helps do the heavy work for you. Designed to pair with #8 BigBite meat grinders or larger (manufactured after 2009), this meat mixer machine can be operated manually or powered by an attached grinder motor. Adjustable skid-resistant feet offer stability on flat or uneven surfaces, while the fully removable stainless steel meat tub makes cleanup fast and easy. Ideal for sausage, jerky, meat blends, and bulk processing, the rust-resistant, stainless steel meat tub measures 10 3/4 L x 10 W x 12 H and is fully removable, making cleanup a breeze.
