Our cover is available in any size up to 96 inches wide by 96 inches long or 96 inches in diameter. It features standard foam cores that taper from 4 inches thick at the middle to 2 inches thick at the edges, with top-quality virgin EPS foam cores in a standard 1.0-pound density (options for 1.5 and 2.0 available).

This hot tub cover comes with a 5-year standard warranty, including coverage for waterlogging, and is manufactured in compliance with ASTM F1346-91(2012) standards. Moreover, this hot tub cover features non-corrosive Galvalum metal C-channels that are 30% stronger than aluminum, polyethylene vapor barriers to keep moisture out, and 26 oz. Marine Grade, weather-resistant vinyl that is best for UV protection. It comes with two nylon lifting handles, one on each side of the fold/hinge, and marine-grade polyester thread.
