Fireshine Games Games SOSM1728 Editorial Review
**** "Moving Out" for the PS4 captures the essence of cooperative gaming with a humorous twist that is sure to provoke laughter among friends and family. Drawing comparisons to its predecessor "Overcooked," this game thrives on the chaos and teamwork inherent in moving furniture, from tossing couches out of windows to strategically loading a moving truck. While it matches the spirited fun of "Overcooked," many players have noted that "Moving Out" presents a greater challenge, particularly when coordinating movements and fitting items into the truck. The game brilliantly integrates a nostalgic 1980s theme, filled with references that adults will appreciate while remaining accessible and entertaining for younger players. It promotes teamwork through its design, where communication and coordination are vital to successfully navigate the game's amusingly absurd mechanics. One of the standout features includes assist options, making it an ideal choice for families, including younger children who can join in the chaotic fun without feeling overwhelmed. The quirky sound effects, including the occasional humorous fart noise while carrying heavy objects, add to the lighthearted atmosphere. Despite some concerns regarding regional versions and DLC access based on PlayStation accounts, the general reception of "Moving Out" has been highly positive. Players have lauded it as an ideal party game and a source of endless enjoyment for players of all ages. **
