Made from high-quality components ABS plastic, stainless steel springs and santoprene. With Prohands you can exercise each finger individually, or the entire hand. Use each button independently to exercise fingers or compress the entire unit for complete hand and forearm strengthening. By isolating each digit, stronger fingers can’t compensate for the weaker ones. Allowing the user to isolate and exercise each finger individually for strength, dexterity, and endurance.
